Humes rockhampton...where to start?I've been working there for close to ten years,the first 6 were great,awesome crew,hard but very fair manager and supervisors,the last couple not so much.management has been called the boys club,and for good reason.at the top-weak and unsupportive if you need something or someone from management 9 out of ten times they're offsite.recent encounter with manager I was abused and basically threatened.not spoken to like an adult,treated like s#&t...if you like working for empty promises and no leadership,Humes rocky is the place for you.you try to have a conversation with the head supervisor you'll get promised the world and given an atlas.i had to take a week off for a death,this didn't suit them so I've been punished ever since I got back.needless to say after that longer service to the company wen asked for an explanation I was ignored.my advice go anywhere but Humes rockhampton,the boys club rules and if your not in it all you'll get is lied to and frustrated.even all the office girls have left,that tells you something.....R.i can't really rate it,the scoring doesn't go into negatives.but I have to put 1 star or it won't submit
