I purchased a display cabinet with led lighting august 2025. It arrived a week later than advertised, there were no assembly instructions, parts were rusted, locks didn't lock, 2 glass panels had scratches. Spoke and emailed many people but they would not replace all the faulty parts. They would not provide any assembly instuctions. They were very unhelpful. The manager would never talk to us - only communication was via email - which isn't good enough. They offered $100 to shut us up!!!! Shoddy workmanship, terrible customer service. Will never deal with Hobbs Displays again.
