The practice has been operating as an architectural consultancy for over 30 years. Up until 2004, the business operated under the name of John Carr Architects. This name was changed to Hill Lockart Architects upon the retirement of the founding partner, John Carr. The combined experience of the principal, together with the expertise of our staff and consultants, provides a consulting service that includes design, documentation, contract administration and project management.
