We placed an order with Highett Metal a few weeks ago and it didn't exactly arrive as it was supposed to. As soon as we brought it to the attention of the guys, however, they were at our factory within a few hours to fix it all up - we were amazed! We couldn't believe that they would be onto it this fast, which was definitely good for us.
