Henry’s has always been the bakery and patisserie keeping it’s eye on industry trends and investing in our skill base, so you can enjoy high quality products here in the heart of Lismore, and at home. We began in the late 1970’s as the first “Hot Bread Shop” on the North Coast. The years have seen continued product development, and wonderful commitment by loyal staff, who have helped shape the business to the current day. Ownership has always been fully or in part held by the (a.a. “Henry”) Lawson family. Michael Lawson continued a family association with the baking industry spanning 3 generations, when he joined the business in 1989.
