Poor build quality. Poor service in regards to maintenance - 7 months and still haven't rectified issues brought up when moving in. Majorly lacking follow-up contact in relation to maintenance works. Poor customer service from all levels - general staff, supervisors, general manager. Would never buy from a Helix Group building again and would never recommend to anyone. Other owners in complex felt similar. Very disappointed.
