Ordered weeks ago, paid $4000+ for parts only almost 2 weeks ago only to be told on installation day today that the roof is too steep and the installation will have to be finished one week later. This is after 2 separate so called professionals came to do a quote. Both apparently missed the point the the roof is too steep...Thank you for a ruined weekend and another week of electric heating despite already investing weeks and thousands...
