Our indulgent cookies have been created especially for those who enjoy the tastes and textures of perfectly combined fine ingredients, which have been carefully selected and brought together to produce the ultimate ‘Heavenly Delight’! All our ‘Heavenly Delights’ are prepared with loads of premium quality, freshly roasted nuts and nut meals, creamy couverture chocolates, succulent dried fruits, a generous splash of fragrant syrups, some with the perfect touch of spice, and then exclusively laced with a final lashing of chocolate. Using specially tailored equipment and processes allows us to create an exquisitely rich, moist and smooth cookie with exclusive presentation and almost ‘cake like’ texture. Our ‘Heavenly Delights’ are an especially unique product and are unequalled by any product currently available on the market. Heavenly Delights was created by Melissa Zollo in 1997 and continues to experience strong growth, with an ongoing commitment to developing and introducing new, quality products and processes, and has been operating from a HACCP accredited, professional commercial kitchen, in North Adelaide, since 2001. Continued success of the ‘Heavenly Delights’ product range has paved the way for an expanding market presence, utilising distribution networks Australia wide and Overseas.
