Heart of the Matter is a change consultancy that works with individuals, romantic relationship partners, families and organisations to influence the understanding and adoption of healthy systems of thinking, feeling and behaviour.
We are holistic thinkers that identify the key drivers at the heart of all communication and behaviour are needs seeking to be met. Whether those needs are interpersonal connection, project outcomes, time dependent milestones or something else, we first investigate deeply to understand the dynamics at play, then help improve build strengths toward healthier and more efficient systems.
