Welcome to Health Renovation! I’m Mark, a passionate health practitioner dedicated to helping you achieve wellness in all aspects of your life through a wholistic approach to well-being.

My journey began at a young age with an introduction to energy healing, and since then, I have immersed myself in a wide range of modalities, including massage therapy, hypnotherapy, some naturopathy, homeopathy, reiki, life coaching, and kinesiology. This diverse background has allowed me to develop a comprehensive understanding of our mind-body connection and the underlying factors that can influence our well-being.

Helping people and problem-solving on the human level has always been a passion of mine. I find immense joy in supporting individuals on their path to wellness, guiding them towards a renewed sense of vitality and balance.

One of the tools I use in my practice is muscle testing, which enables me to establish a direct line of communication with your body. With this technique, I can uncover imbalances, blockages, and areas of potential growth, facilitating a deeper understanding of your overall health.
