Our very popular Clinical Pilates classes are tailored to individuals needs, and after a consultation, an exercise program is tailored by a Physiotherapist.

Clinical Pilates is a unique and effective whole body exercise which focuses on “core” muscle strengthening and aiding with the rehabilitation of injuries, reducing the risk of injury and tones muscles around the body. We use reformers, trapeze table, premium trapformer, balance boards, fit balls and mat work.
