Headspace Berri

headspace Berri is a place where young people aged 12-25 can receive help for a range of issues including general health, mental health and counselling, alcohol and other drug services and education, employment and other services.
We help young people who are going through a tough time. headspace Berri are able to help you whether you want advice, information or just to have a chat with someone outside of your family or friends, we're here to help.
Making an appointment with headspace Berri is easy - simply give us a call or come past our office and we can arrange a time that suits you. You can even bring along a friend or family member for support at your appointment.
headspace Berri can help you if you:
• are feeling down, stressed or can't stop worrying
• haven't felt like yourself for a long time
• can't deal with school or finding it difficult to concentrate
• are feeling sick or worried about your health
• want to cut down on your drinking or drug use
• want to talk about sexuality, identity or relationships
• are having difficulties with friendships
• have sexual health issues or want to find out about contraception
• are being bullied, hurt or harassed
• are worried about work or study or if you're having money trouble
