Hi, I’m Nastassja, owner and principal practitioner at Harmonise Bodyworks.
I believe wholeheartedly in the transformative power of bodywork and I am honoured to offer a practice that helps people release pain, optimise their well-being and find harmony within their bodies.
Having worked with a multitude of health conditions and a vast range of body types for almost a decade, you can trust that you are in capable and caring hands at Harmonise Bodyworks.
My treatments are a unique blend of Remedial, Swedish, and Lomi Lomi massage, infused with mindfulness principles. My studies in health science and psychology also inform my practice.
I am a perennial student and consider it my life’s work to learn and develop new pathways to health – physical, emotional, and spiritual. In my practice, I approach the human body with a sense of reverence, recognising its innate healing wisdom and the inextricable connection between mind, body, and spirit. Sessions are carefully designed with your unique needs and preferences in mind, taking into account any psychosocial factors that may influence your well-being.
