Our History Grubless Property Services began in 2002 when David & Tracy Thomsen saw a need to provide quality commercial cleaning services, combined with strong supervision and quality assurance controls to the Commercial sector in Brisbane. With many years in sales & office management, David & Tracy know the value of good facilities management & the benefit it provides to their clients. From the beginning, Grubless Property Services has experienced strong, steady & continual growth.
