Great Northern Turf is the amalgamation of three of Townsville largest turf farms that have been growing and supplying turf in the Townsville and outer regions since 1988. Our turf is grown in North QLD and is hardy for our conditions. It is suitable to be used throughout the vast regions of the North.
You do not always have to pay for delivery of your turf. If you have access to a Ute or truck, small orders can be picked up and loaded onto your vehicle by our forklift. Turf can be delivered on pallets by truck. Our truck carries a maximum of 560 sqm or 8 pallets of turf on one load. A Moffett forklift is mounted at the rear of the truck allowing for easy placement of your turf. does require an opening of 2.6 m wide for us to be able to place your turf where you desire.
