Goodstart Raceview - Childcare Centre

Goodstart Early Learning Child Care Centre Raceview is located on Banskia Drive at Raceview, in a large old building with high ceilings, which gives a natural and spacious atmosphere. Surrounded by large gardens and trees, the playground of the child care centre offers natural shade during the course of the day. We are also close to local schools and shops as well as public transport and community services. Ours is a large child care centre, which caters for children from 6 weeks to 12 years. The service is Our centre offers Before and After School Care as well as Vacation Care for school aged children attending Raceview school. The educators of Goodstart Raceview are fully qualified long term educators who have a passion for education, community involvement and giving children a positive start in life. Our play based, stimulating curriculum is based on the Early Years’ Learning Framework and our rooms – from Nursery to Kindergarten / Preschool – are all geared with this in mind. We also develop colourful, engaging programs accounting for each child’s individual interests, needs and strengths; and with each step we are ensuring the children are ready to take the big step into schooling. This is made simpler through our intuitive Storypark platform, which enables us to maintain consistent and clear communications with families. That means we are better placed to support a child in their learning journey, ensure parents have peace of mind, and time stamp the children’s developments, milestones and achievements. Outside, our playground areas are a balance of natural and manmade elements and play surfaces – with sandpits, dry creek beds, vege patches, worm farm, chimes area, climbing wall, bush hut, chicken coop, and lots of shade. We have carefully designed and planned spaces to encourage a stronger understanding of the environment and sustainability – while giving children the scope to explore, play and let their imaginations roam.
