AVOID AVOID AVOID I purchased a dress from goddess Noosa and wow do I regret it! firstly, the staff in the store were incredibly rude accusing me and my friend of stealing when we were doing nothing suspicious in the slightest! They followed us around the store and made us feel incredibly uncomfortable and once i purchased (a $100 dress) they asked me to shake out my towel to see if I was hiding anything in it (I obviously wasn’t and hadn’t done anything to make them think I had) I then got the dress back and realised I’d purchased the wrong size in all of the stress and returned it by post the next day (having not even tried the dress on) I heard nothing for over a week so emailed them to ask for an update on my refund, where I was told I wouldn’t be getting one because the dress was damaged. Thankfully I had pictures and videos of the dress just before I posted it as I had a feeling something like this would happen, however after providing them with my evidence they have since ignored all emails and calls. it’s now been 3 months and I haven’t received my refund nor any dress in return (I also said I’d exchange for a different size) and have struggled to get any contact from them. DO NOT SHOP HERE
