Go Sports has been in operation since 1993 providing sports coaching classes to primary school children in over 60 schools throughout Brisbane. The Director, Greg Martin, a physical education teacher developed the concept in response to an overwhelming need to improve basic motor skills and promote an active lifestyle to young children between ages of 4 years to 9 years. Our classes will not only teach the skills of specific sports but will also develop each child physically and socially for later years. Classes are conducted by coaches who are intensively trained in the Go-sports philosophy; To identify the specific needs of every child # To encourage children to be active To teach the skills of the game in a FUN environment To improve motor skills of balance, direction, laterality, spatial awareness, gross motor, hand-eye and eye-foot co-ordination Class size has a maximum of 1 coach to 8 children in before and after school programs. All coaches have child suitability Bluecards to ensure a quality and personalised learning experience for your child.
