I had a similar experience when I engage Go Matilda and A*** C****** few years back. Once the money is paid to him, he produced me a list of documents to submit to him. I had to complete all the forms and and prepare all the documents for him. Without any advise if any documents were missing or correctly completed, Go Matilda and A*** C****** sent the documents to the immigration department. To my surprise, the Australia requested for a whole lot more documents. Only then did I realized he was incompetent and ineffective in his profession. After going through all those stress, I still did not get my Visas. The excuses he said: "I have no control on the decision of the immigration department" What nonsense! I eventually gave up trying. BAD EXPERIENCE.
