Company description
Goboating was established in 1979 by John Troy and Bob Halliday, two names synonymous with boat racing in Australia.
John’s history in boating goes way back. Before starting Goboating John had previously worked for Marine Power (Mercury Marine) and the Troy family had been boating since the end of WW2. In fact John was a passenger in the first boat in Australia to break the 100mph barrier with his two brothers Brian and Harold. By all accounts a very exciting ride.
