I found the staff to be Condescending, Unprofessional, Inept & Rude. Every time I asked a question, it would be ignored until I asked a second or third time, then I was spoken to in a condescending manner, as if asking for information that would help me find employment was wrong. I was repeatedly given incorrect information. When I addressed all of this with the supervisor on my last visit, I was given excuses before it was disregarded without a single attempt to rectify it. I'm still getting appointments from them even though I've notified them that I've gone elsewhere.
