Love the new downstairs showroom, it is so much easier when you can see a bathroom done up. Not sure if a change of staff has happened since previous reviews but I found the staff very friendly and approachable and not at all pushy like the staff across the road at Beaumonts. We will be back!!
A poor job is easily fixed, but poor service has a mind of its own.
