Matt and his team bent over backwards to make this a good move for me. He provided me with advice on the phone about my inventory (bringing down the cost of the move); was able to accomodate my changes in move date, and also my large changes in inventory the details of which I only provided the day before. Matt and his team (led by Mark) kept me informed about every movement prior to arriving at my place and during the move - this allowed me to plan my day as well. On arrival at the destination we discovered that the truck was too big to get through the shared driveway - Matt quickly resolved the issue for me by engaging another truck and team to assist. The issue was quickly resolved at minimal extra cost and time. I have checked the contents of a few fragile boxes and all seem to be 100%, so the goods were handled with care.
