We take care of everything, making the whole process not only an easy one, but a great experience for you.

Before your photo shoot, we sit down with you face to face and talk about your family and what to expect from the day. This is a great way for me to meet your family and for you to get a sense of me and who I am.

On the day, our makeup artist Tahnii will do your makeup. This can be done either at your house, or at mine. This is no extra cost to you—it’s all part of the experience of the day. The actual photo shoot will take about 1 hour.

Once you are happy with what we have created, we will produce the artwork for you and send the photos to the lab for printing and framing.

The turnaround time is about 3 weeks to your door from the day of the design consultation.

We keep you informed of the process every step of the way—when images have been prepped, when they’re at the lab, and when your artwork is on the way. We’ll even call to book in a time when your artwork can be personally delivered to your door.

We’ll also check it when it arrives to ensure it meets our high standards. If there are any faults we send it back to be reprinted.

We guarantee your work for life.

If anything were to happen to it, if it’s damaged in anyway due to no fault of your own, we will replace it at no cost.
