Gary Gaylard has been painting now since 1986 when he finished High School in the UK. He continued on to College for 4 years studying painting and decorating and associated subjects where he finished with a Masters in Painting and Decorating. Gary had a successful company in England before emmigrating to Australia in 2003 with his wife Alison. He worked for a local Byron Bay painting company to gain experience of the products and systems over here before setting up Gary J. Gaylard Painting and Decorating in 2006. Gary has had a lot of success with his business and he puts it down to his attention to detail, finding out what the customer wants and making sure they are satisfied with the end result. Gary's mission statement to his team is “Make sure you do the right thing by the Customer.”
