No longer does a granny flat, have to be grey, drab, and clad in 1920’s weatherboard, we have a selection of finishes and designs that will put style into your retirement. With a minimum 7 star energy rating, which means less operating costs, our pre-insulated quick build system, can create a space for yourself, in less than 14 days. Using a Master builder we can also build your bespoke Studio for you. Most studios / Granny flats will not require council approval.
