Dishonest scumbags. Checked my home backup generator and said was all good, when reconnected it wouldn't start unless I connected two additional batteries to it, and wouldn't take it back to rectify. Last power failure on cup weekend, I had started it as described, and as a result the bloody thing caught on fire, just lucky I had gotten up at 5 am to to check fuel levels otherwise my family and I might not have survived, and low and behold, Gap Generators have washed their hands. Scumbags is too polite a description to be honest.
