A very sad man named Craig owns/manages this place. He has been very unhelpful in my case. Ordering wood for my SIL for her 80th birthday, it started out as a little joke (is she hard to buy for?) and ended up creating grief and disappointment. Craig deliverred extra large wood which wouldn't fir in the stove. My brother (82) rang and asked if the wood could be exchanged as it was too big. " We don't pick up wood. It was a special order." No craig it wasn't a special order. I ordered a load of wood, that's all. No assistance was offered . So my brother packed it in his trailer and delivered it back. I got a refund $20 short though. You are a very sad person Craig to not offer some sort of assistance to these lovely people.
