Having been inspired by reflexology’s potential for healing during her own health crisis recovery, Advanced Practitioner Anne Lane has since focused on sharing this wonderful therapy to empower her clients. In addition, Anne utilises Padaveda techniques to enhance the benefits of reflexology.

Padaveda is an approach that combines traditional Ayurvedic insight and wisdom with Western reflexology principles. The technique complements reflexology by aiming to balance the life energy that flows through the body and is vital for your body’s optimal health. Many clients who have experienced reflexology with Padaveda have reported gaining health benefits that add value to the treatment.

The Fuzzy Feet Reflexology experience provides a holistic approach that inspires overall wellbeing – mentally, emotionally, spiritually and physically. This service is believed to be unique to the Geelong and Bellarine Peninsula region.

Using aromatherapy, other oils and creams, the reflexology treatment begins with methods that encourage you to immediately relax. All of the feet and/or hands are worked and additional time is spent on areas of congestion that maybe contributing to your health complaint. The session usually concludes with Padaveda and warm towels.

Fuzzy Feet Reflexology guarantees you will feel relaxed by the conclusion of each treatment. Beyond the session, responses are unique to each individual. Common examples are some people feel more energised; experience restful sleep; less or none of their existing pain. Others may feel tired or restless. Any possible after effects are temporary and should be considered positive as toxins and other waste products are flushed through the system and excreted out of the body.
