This review is not about the Dr's at this surgery. Today I went in to collect 2 referrals for my mother as the originals gad been misplaced. When I entered the surgery I was wearing a mask correctly and there are notices in the surgery stating you need yo wear a mask inside. When speaking to the receptionist I kindly asked her to outline her mask up over her nose as she wasn't wearing it correctly. She was extremely rude to me about my request, as her mask only just covered her lips I did explain to her that tge Health Department require people to wear there naskes covering both mouth and nose. As I see it if the patients are required to wear so should the staff, this young girl was simply put young, aggressive, not very knowledgeable about the requirements if how to wer a madk cirrectly and her social skills need a lot of work. Such a shame as the Dr my mother sees there is very lovely no complaints there. I am going to cal tge surgery tomorrow and infirm the practice manager of this incident. Definately not good for business
