The Flying Fish has developed a cult following amongst both locals and visitors to the Fleurieu Peninsula. We have a strong focus on South Australian, and indeed local Fleurieu, produce with both our menu and wine list. Manager - Jo Smith Jo’s mantra is simple - to deliver the best functions and weddings on the South Coast. And she’s been doing this for some time. Whether it be a restaurant booking, birthday party, wedding, function or conference - Jo’s professionalism and attention to detail mean that you and your guests will have an experience to remember. Chef - Ben Schmitt Locally born and bred, Ben has joined the Flying Fish team in 2011 and brings over 15 years of expertise with him. Diners are already loving his seasonally-based offerings highlighting locally sourced seafood and other specialties. Ben’s Modern Australian style is complemented by both Asian and Mediterranean influences.
