Very very bad service. They don't pick up the phone. I went personally there yesterday ,on 13th April at 3.15pm and there was a staff there. When I knock on the glass door to gain the attention of the staff, he just ignored me. I saw a few people who walked to the front of the Flight Centre Hornsby and because of the door being pulled and shut ,there was virtually no service at all. There was a sign saying to call a number for an appointment because of Covid. But when I called the number, no one picks up the phone. All shops are already open for business. I don't know why Flight Centre is still closed to the public .Is it only Flight Centre Hornsby or are all Flight Centres still closed? I think it is high time Management changes the Close Door Policy.

So, you're giving one star when you didn't utilise their service or even speak to them? Boo, Telstra just one month ago (in August 2023) closed it's doors opposite FC due to staffing issues. Retail EVERYWHERE is often still closed for failing to maintain the staff - all because horrible customers like yourself are simply too demanding and drive staff away. You're the worst kind of human.
