In 2016, we launched the very first THISBOWL out of one tiny 26 sqm store in Bondi Beach. The mission was simple: Change the culture of fast food. We were three young & hungry mates, who couldn't find anything that was fresh, tasty, healthy, and affordable. So we decided to take the leap and create the dream ourselves.

We serve Asian-inspired bowls with a side of everything we're obsessed with: design, music, art, fashion, movement and community. Our menu is exciting, delicious, genuinely nutritious food, made fast, from whole, fresh, minimally processed ingredients. THISBOWL is for everyone. We use ingredients that are dairy-free and gluten-free as standard, with halal, vegetarian and vegan friendly options too.
