Marsden Park in the north west of Sydney is home to a new Fernwood Fitness club, we offer child minding from ages 0-6 and we are fitted with a huge range of cardio machines, weight training equipment and machines, gym floor access, a variety of group fitness and wellness includes - including yoga and Pilates - as well as Fernwood's ever-popular FIIT30 sessions.
A beautiful community, Marsden Park is the ideal location to experience the best of fitness, wellness and likeminded women, in a space designed for high intensity fitness, mindfulness, and everything in-between.
