As Preston's only boutique health club, we pride ourselves on the little things that make a big difference. With your 24/7 privileges, you can access the club to train anytime you want! Our warehouse look and feel will get you motivated to just get in a workout and live life to it's fullest!

We also deliver small group personal training sessions, for those that only have 30mins for a workout, but want fast results and 1:1 personal training sessions for that customise approach to reach your goals. Our brand new state of the art cardio and weight machines are so easy to use. Our sparkling bathroom has the amenities for you to get ready after a workout.

We've got something for everyone. Take part in one of our many group fitness classes such as Zumba, Body Combat, Body Pump, Mat Pilates, Cycle and much more!

And remember, we're open 24 hours, so there's no room for excuses.
