Our vibrant and relaxed atmosphere makes the club a great place to work on your health and fitness.
We have an extensive group fitness timetable featuring Yoga, Mat Pilates and Reformer Pilates. We also offer personalised programs, Personal Training and on-site child minding.
Our are staffed from Monday to Saturday, with 24/7 access after hours and on Sundays.
