Fernwood Fitness is an all-female gym in Rockdale the services we offer include personal training, pilates reformers, pilates, yoga, FIIT30, food coaching, childcare, our programs include 28-day breakthrough, regular challenges, Bootcamp, Strength training for Women, exercise and pregnancy, pre and post natal and group fitness.
We service the greater St. George area and our patrons come from, Rockdale, Sans Souci, Ramsgate, Carlton, Kogarah, Bexley, Hurstville, Kingsgrove, Wolli Creek. We are considered the best female gym in the greater St George area.
