Nightmare and not to be trusted. Every six months they picked up my file and looked at for an hour is my guess. Missed every deadline with the court, tried to hide it, stuffed up my income summary by their inability to read a simple bank statement. When I discovered their errors they then tried to lie about them. Ignored my instructions or forgot them repeatedly, submitted confidential documents that should have been redacted. Then stupid enough to accuse me of fraud to cover their own incompetence! Then tried to deny it. Lucky I have most of their misconduct and errors in writing. Liars. Proceed with care.
