Faucet Strommen is a family owned company designing and building tapware and related fittings in Australia for Australia, UK and New Zealand. Australian Built - local commitment Situated in the town of Kerang in Victoria’s Murray valley, our factory of around 1400m² accommodates our design team, powder coating facilities, assembly line, quality control/testing department, sales & marketing division and our warehousing & despatch. We employ Australians and provide training to develop our team and maintain a cutting edge in service and skill for the future. We move to new technology, we develop world class tapware, mixers and accessories and we stand by our product. We research new methods and materials and find better ways of making better taps for a more efficient and user friendly environment. We listen to our customers and keep abreast of architectural and environmental developments so that we can move together taking advantage of new discoveries and ideas. Water saving & our environment Faucet Strommen’s product development process involves researching/testing new water saving technologies with a view to incorporating these into new products. Pegasi for example uses state of the art flowstep-life valve cartridges for significant water saving in day to day use. Many Pegasi models are also available with a high WELS rating for green and eco-friendly projects eg. basin mixers are available with a 6 star WELS rating. We are committed to caring for our environment and steps have been taken to make our factory eco-friendly. These include natural lighting for our warehouse, high efficiency evaporative cooling for the assembly area, collection of rainwater and recycling processes for waste metals and paper.
