Description

ECA offers industry leading diagnostic and surgical techniques performed for the first time in Australia and in some cases the world. This includes the first retinal reattachment surgery in a dog in Australia performed in September 2016. Plus ECA is the first clinic worldwide to perform corneal endothelial transplant surgery. ECA has also developed a radical new technique for eyelid repair, now used as one of the mainstays of eyelid surgery - the "lip to lid" transposition.
