We Post to Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria, South Australia, Western Australia, Tasmania and the Northern Territory. - The product is different to what was described. - The product doesn't do what you were led to believe it would. Webshop Returns If you purchase an item from our online store and it is incorrect (eg. you chose the wrong shoe size), we will happily return it once it is recieved back in its original condition. We will however have to pass on the cost of return postage. Mispricing If an item in our online store has been mistakenly priced we will not honor your transaction, instead you will be given the choice of paying the difference or being issued a full refund. Alternately if an item is overpriced we will refund the difference to you. Postal Policy *We offer free shipping Australia Wide on purchases over $20. There are some items (like sale or package items) that we are unable to offer free shipping on. in this case we have a postage option on the product page.
