Total rip off. $1200 for a piece of concrete. Nothing wrong with the pipe, it's just the concrete holding the pipe had a crack. They lied to my partner and said if it doesn't get fixed, the water will damage the foundation. No it will not. It's just ordinary earth underneath, like the parts around it that's not covered in concrete. So they demolished the old concrete and replaced it. $1200 gone like this, unnecessary. So be aware when you deal with them. And this is what $1200 looks like after one day. Owner is extremely rude. Be expected to be yelled at and told what do you know about plumbing if you ever try to argue with him.
