Exact Management Pty Ltd was founded in 1993 to provide administration services to the growing number of Motor Dealers who wished to implement their own 'In-House' Warranty and Service Retention Program.

Exact Management is headed by Brad Garnham in the position of Managing Director, and Daryn Carmichael as Sales Manager manages day-to-day operations. Michael Petersen, who is also a director of the company, has developed the software responsible for administering Exact Management programs totally 'in-house'.

Many of the philosophies that Exact Management employs have been developed through our knowledge of the operation of all areas of a Motor Dealership. The ability to provide a flexible and fully accountable program has been a leading factor in our success and continual growth.
