With 7 physiotherapists, 3 dietitians and 2 exercise physiologists our Newcastle team have a breadth of expertise unrivalled in the region. Our physiotherapists work with everyone from kids to the elderly, recreational and elite sportspeople, office workers and ‘industrial athletes’, and everyone in between, to help you recover from pain and injury and be your best. Our dietitians see a regular caseload of weight management, cardiovascular health and diabetic clients, with additional special interests of mens health, paediatrics, disordered eating, geriatric nutrition and sports nutrition to name a few. Our exercise physiologists work closely with the physiotherapists and dietitians to provide exercise prescription for special populations – so whether it’s a medical condition, work injury, sports conditioning, post-operative rehabilitation, falls risk or you’re simply not in great shape, they can help you ‘be better’.
