ESPL Coffee, Surfers Paradise, QLD

I've travelled all around the world doing business, meeting with clients & organising conferences. So I'm always looking for great businesses we can support wherever we go. During our conference at Peppers we thought we'd give this little place some love. But what we got was terrible service, horrible coffee & what tasted like day or two old food that was slightly burnt. Not a mention they got most of our orders wrong, some of us asked for another coffee, as we didn't get what we ordered. Others decided to throw their coffee and food in the bin rather than chance getting food poisoning and went to another larger cafe down the esplanade. Let's just say, it left a foul taste in our mouths and word had gotten around at the conference not to go to this cafe again. Being in business for many years, I don't see how they survive, unless it's a tax right off for another business. If so, I hope their other business has better service, coffee & food than this place does. We won't be going back that's for sure!
