Epic Energy South Australia Pty Ltd is a South Australian based gas transmission pipeline company that is typically referred to as either Epic Energy or just Epic. On this website the term Epic is favoured. Epic is the owner and operator of the Moomba to Adelaide Pipeline System (MAPS) and the South East Pipeline System (SEPS), both of which are located in South Australia. Epics gas transmission pipelines provide gas transportation services for customers in the electricity generation, gas distribution and industrial sectors. Customers include AGL, Origin Energy, Amcor, Arrium, Energy Australia and Adelaide Brighton Cement. Epic also operates the Santos-owned Moomba to Port Bonython petroleum liquids pipeline.
