Don't WASTE your money or time with these people. We had a waste water management report written by EnviroTech for Blue Mountains City Council. The design they created was rejected by the Council for several reasons. We contacted EnviroTech who re wrote the report and designed a system which would cost us over $20,000 more than the original design. We ended up paying another geotech engineer who wrote us a proper report and redesigned the system to meet council requirements and also not blow our budget. This report was immediately approved by Council. I emailed EnviroTech with my complaint about their incompetent service and they have completely ignored me. Take my advice these people are unprofessional and quick to take your money yet they are unable to produce/design systems to meet Council requirements. Their incompetence has cost us money and time.
