Our wholly owned premises comprises the entire site most recently occupied by the Fernbrook Colliery at Reserve Road, Marrangaroo. This places us approximately 4 km from Lithgow delivering the advantage of minimum breakdown response time and cost of travel to/from site on routine planned maintenance. All of our staff live in the local region. Our workshop comprises: - Undercover workshop and storage facilities total 2800 square metres - Open air fully sealed storage areas total 10, 000 square metres Our materials handling equipment comprises: - Grit blaster - 20-tonne overhead workshop crane - In-house tensile testing equipment - Three belt refurbishment lines - 3 belt winder/stand combinations capable of handling belt widths up to 2200mm and lengths of over 400 metres - In house refrigerated splice kit storage facility - Belt slitting facility - 2 forklifts with capacity up to 14 tonnes - 8 vehicles including a 6-tonne table top truck We also have: - Vulcanising equipment which includes 6 split combination various sized fully MDA approved units with power box units upgraded to comply with Springvale Colliery standard which exceeds normal Australian Standard requirements. - Stock of materials to provide for all vulcanising, hot/cold splicing and repairs, pulley lagging, repairs and refurbishment's, rubber lining, and belt and mine structure development moves as required.
