Enablepath Support Services was created from lived experience within the disability support sector and a realisation that many services were not designed with the person at the centre.

After more than 6 years working across antithetical roles in disability support, our founder, a passionate disability support professional, noticed a consistent pattern. Plans were often put together quickly, communication felt rushed, and participants were not always included in the conversations that shaped their own support.

That experience led to a simple decision to do things differently. In 2025, Enablepath Support Services was founded with a focus on listening first, taking the time to understand each person properly, and building support that can adapt as life changes.

Today, we support people across Queensland who are looking for a more personal, respectful, and thoughtful approach to disability support.
