Personal or family counselling of professional standard; mediation services are avaiable.

Independance of services is a key characteristic of services offered, as is client confidentiality. Client service agreements clearly emphasise this and professional ethical standards are applied.

Separate from counselling services, empower counselling provides "Other Services" such as personal financial education and management and small business advice services, which have their own particular client service agreements. Some clients may have particular personal financial issues which are associated with small business activities.

Counselling is provided in private relaxed facilities and home or other off-site consultations may be arranged to suit client needs.
